Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the okfub website located at okfub.org, its mobile-optimized interface, all games, promotional offers, betting services, live dealer products, and any other services offered by okfub (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

By completing the registration process, clicking any "I Agree" or "Accept" button, or by simply continuing to use the okfub Platform after any update to these Terms, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the okfub Platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with okfub's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an account on the okfub Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for online casino gambling in the Philippines as prescribed by PAGCOR regulations. okfub will not knowingly permit any person under 21 years of age to open an account or participate in any gambling activity on the Platform.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons may not register as Players.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing okfub is lawful in your location.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion register or have previously been permanently suspended from the okfub Platform.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of any person employed by okfub or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. okfub may require Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation — such as a government-issued ID, proof of address, and payment method verification — before processing any withdrawal request.

Account Responsibilities

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the okfub Platform at any given time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okfub Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. okfub will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and bonuses claimed — will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify okfub support immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

okfub operates under PAGCOR regulatory requirements and is obligated to verify player identities. You agree to submit, upon request, any or all of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., screenshot of GCash wallet name, bank account details)
• Any additional documentation required by our compliance team

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by okfub may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or the temporary restriction of your account.

3.3 Account Currency

All okfub accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies via international payment networks may be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. okfub is not responsible for any conversion fees or rate differentials applied by your bank or payment provider.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

okfub supports the following Philippine payment methods for deposits: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and QR Ph. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, as specified on the deposit page within your account dashboard. okfub does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose transaction charges.

Deposits are generally credited to your okfub account balance instantly or within a few minutes. In the event of a delayed deposit, please contact our 24/7 support team with your transaction reference number.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your name and previously verified through the KYC process. okfub does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of identity verification and any applicable wagering requirements.

okfub reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, okfub will notify the affected Player and provide a reasonable timeframe for resolution.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

okfub is committed to complying with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) laws in the Philippines, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. All large or suspicious transactions are reported to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authorities as required by law. Players must not use the okfub Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, financial fraud, or illicit fund transfers.

Bonuses and Promotions

okfub offers various bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives ("Bonuses") from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which are communicated on the relevant promotion page at the time the Bonus is offered.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses may only be claimed by Players who have completed registration and met the eligibility criteria for the specific promotion.
• Each Player may only claim a specific Bonus once unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements — the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before withdrawal — apply to all deposit bonuses and free spin winnings unless stated as "no wagering."
• Bonuses credited to your account have an expiry date. Any un-wagered Bonus balance remaining after the expiry date will be automatically forfeited.
• okfub reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any Bonus offer at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, traded, or exchanged for cash prior to the completion of applicable wagering requirements.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Players found to be exploiting Bonuses — through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any other means intended to circumvent the spirit of the promotion — will have their Bonus and associated winnings voided. Their account may also be suspended pending investigation. okfub uses automated and manual review tools to detect and prevent Bonus abuse.

Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the okfub Platform — including slot machines, live dealer tables, bingo, sports betting, and e-sabong — are governed by individual game rules displayed within the game interface or on the relevant game information page. In the event of a conflict between a specific game rule and these Terms, the specific game rule shall prevail with respect to that game.

okfub uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. RNG systems are audited periodically by independent testing laboratories to ensure randomness, fairness, and compliance with applicable standards. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are disclosed in the game information section.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error that results in an incorrect outcome or payout, okfub reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the wagered amount to the Player's account. Winnings paid out as a result of a manifest error are not valid and may be reclaimed by okfub.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okfub Platform. Any Player found engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any balances and winnings may be forfeited:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in any manner not approved by okfub
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated fraudulent betting activity
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit any aspect of the okfub Platform, its software, or its games
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments to make deposits
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended features in games or the Platform for financial gain
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing okfub staff or other Players through any communication channel
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, financial crime, or fraud

Intellectual Property

All content on the okfub Platform — including but not limited to the okfub name, logo, brand identity, game graphics, website design, text, software, databases, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of okfub or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the okfub Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the okfub Platform without the prior written consent of okfub.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okfub, its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and technology providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — the okfub Platform, including without limitation:

• Loss of winnings or profits arising from technical errors, game malfunctions, or platform outages
• Loss of data or account access resulting from unauthorized third-party access to your credentials
• Interruption of service due to scheduled maintenance, network failures, or force majeure events
• Any decisions made on the basis of information provided on the Platform that prove to be inaccurate or incomplete

okfub's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit okfub's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

Privacy and Data Protection

okfub collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

By creating an account on okfub, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data collected for account registration, KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, customer support, and regulatory compliance purposes.

okfub will never sell your personal data to third-party marketing companies. Data shared with third parties is limited to what is strictly necessary for service delivery, regulatory compliance, and payment processing.

Responsible Gaming

okfub is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Filipino players on the Platform. We recognize that gambling, while an entertaining pastime for most players, can become harmful for a minority of individuals. okfub takes this responsibility seriously and provides the following tools and resources:

11.1 Player-Controlled Limits

11.3 Age Protection

okfub strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement for all gambling activities on the Platform. Termination and Account Closure

okfub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• A material breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Provision of false or misleading information at any stage
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months
• A regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine authority

Upon account closure for any reason, okfub will settle any outstanding verified balance — net of any voided bonuses and applicable fees — to the Player's verified withdrawal method, provided there are no outstanding investigations or regulatory holds. Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected].

Amendments to These Terms

okfub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via email or via a notice posted prominently on the okfub Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the okfub Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and okfub arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to okfub's gambling license and regulatory compliance, Players may escalate unresolved complaints to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) through its official channels.
